    History: This brand had been in the high-ticket 1:1 online coaching space and decided to launch a new lower-ticket app.

    Ad Spend: Advertising spend was very conservative to maintain profitability and scaled from ~$4,000/mo to ~$16,000/mo during this time.

    History: This brand has an app with 4 programs all on separate subscriptions. All programs had been on a steady decline with no consistent net growth for over a year. We started ads and emails focused on 2 of the 4 main programs.

    History: this app was averaging a 1.5% growth rate m-o-m based on the prior 6 months before starting ads. Volatile signup rates with high and low months, but ultimately not growing on average. 

    They also sell digital eBooks on the same website, though ads were not ran directly for eBook sales.

    • Active subscriber base grew by 20% during this time (8%/mo on average), a 5x increase in overall growth rate.

    • No free trial; Cost per signup averaged $45 with a $39/mo subscription price and a Lifetime value of $300

    Additional Revenue Generated from Ads:

    • Shopify eBook sales also increased by 131% during this time with no outside efforts.

    • Tracking pixels determine an additional ~$20,400 in digital eBook sales directly from paid ads, explaining the increase in Shopify store revenue
